MAIN ACTIVITIES
The main activities performed by the department are to ensure that the Hospital surrounding is kept clean at all times. The department also carries fumigation, and spraying against mosquitoes. Fumigation is done four (4) times in a week so as to reduce menace of mosquitoes in the hospital. The department also takes care of loading and off-loading of goods when purchased by the hospital.
In order to maintain a beautified environment the department nurtures flowers which were planted in various sections of the hospital. Plans are in the pipeline to replace old flowers with new ones in the next raining season.
