Orthopaedic Surgery Residency Program
This Hospital was formally accredited for Postgraduate training in Orthopaedic and Trauma in 1994 by the National Postgraduate Medical College of Nigeria. In 1998, the West African College of Surgeons also accredited the Hospital’s training programme.

It is pertinent to note that, of the eight Consultants we have in this Hospital, seven of then are products of this training programme. All together, fourteen (14) Senior Residents have successfully undergone this training and are Consultants in various Hospitals, especially in the Northern part of Nigeria.
