ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
The entry requirement for the programme is five (5) O-level credits which must include English, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics.
DURATION OF TRAINING
Three (3) year (6 semesters) .
METHOD OF APPLICATION
Interested candidates should obtain application forms from the school by generating an RRR payable to National Orthopaedic Hospital Dala, (Capitation) and pay a non-refundable Ten Thousand Naira only (#10,000.00).
Candidates are to present copies of the following to obtain their forms from the school;
- Ramita printout
- Bank teller/evidence of payment
Sales of form will commence from 23rd September, 2024 to 23rd October, 2024.
